1. Who we are

WantBorn ("we", "us") operates this platform, which introduces creators and builders for revenue-share app partnerships. For privacy questions, contact privacy@wantborn.com.

2. What we collect

Account data: your name, email, and (via sign-in) your Google profile basics.
Profile & content: creator/builder profile details, briefs, applications, portfolio links, and any documents you upload.
Waitlist data: email and side (creator/builder) when you join the waitlist.
Usage & technical data: basic logs, and for shared documents, access logs (who accessed what, when, and approximate location derived from IP) for security and audit.

3. Why we use it (legal bases)

To operate the service and match creators with builders — contract / legitimate interests.
To send transactional emails (brief received, application received, match made) — contract.
To send waitlist/product updates where you opted in — consent.
To secure the platform and keep document access logs — legitimate interests / legal obligation.

4. Sharing

When you're matched, relevant profile and brief/application details are shared with the other matched party and the WantBorn operator so the partnership can proceed. We use processors to run the service (for example, email delivery and object storage) under data processing terms. We don't sell your personal data.

5. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your data, and to object or withdraw consent. To exercise these, email privacy@wantborn.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

7. International transfers & security

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own; where required we rely on appropriate safeguards. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, including signed, expiring URLs for any shared documents.
